Scheduled Maintenance
With Scheduled Maintenance, you are able protect and prolong the life your investment and insure your emergency power system will operate properly when it is needed. We can fully customize a service program per your request or provide one of our standard maintenance programs and advise when additional service or repairs are required. Maintenance Services include:
Coolant System Flush - On Liquid Cooled Generators, it is important to make sure the radiator and coolant system stays in optimal condition to be ready for extended run times if needed. Most manufactures recommend coolant flushes at intervals ranging from 2-5 years or 200-500 hours, whichever comes first.
Hose and Belt Replacement - Over time the coolant hoses and fan belts succumb to rubber rot and ware from age or use. We keep a close eye on this and recommend replacement as needed.
Resistive Load Bank Testing - This involves connecting your generator to one of our load banks and running the generator under load up to 100% of it's rating for 1-8 hours depending on recommendation or customer specifications. This not only tests the generator and makes sure it will perform properly in the event it needs to supply large loads but also heats the engine and generator up to "Burn Out" condensation and built up, un-burned fuel. This will help the generator to run more efficiently and smoothly which will in turn prolong the life of the generator.
Replacement of OEM or none Parts as needed/requested.
